His specialties include Classic American, Euro and Caribbean cuisine. He has worked in small cafes, four-star restaurants and grand hotels in Washington, DC, Miami Beach and Beverly Hills. Chef Brian has worked as a personal chef for many celebrities including Sean "Diddy" Combs, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Eddie Murphy, Mekhi Phifer, Lenox Lewis, Angie Stone and R&B duo Kenny Lattimore and Chanté Moore. Chef Brian has been featured live on the red carpet for E! Entertainment’s Golden Globe Awards pre-show, the TV Guide Channel, MTV, the KTLA Morning Show, Access Hollywood and was recently seen on Bravo’s "The Real Housewives of Orange County." He is currently creating a line of Chef Brian’s Original™ Sauces, Dressings and Side Dishes and expanding his ever-growing catering and restaurant consulting company, Chef Brian Enterprises.
